Visa Requirements
Conference participants should familiarize themselves with visa requirements in advance of the conference.
The CPE2013 organizers encourage you to apply for your visa as early as possible, at least 3 months prior to this conference.

website.
- CPE 2013 cannot intervene with our Embassies abroad or the Republic of Slovenia - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of any participant.
Individuals requesting a letter of invitation must be registered attendees with paid status.
- To request your personal letter of invitation, please contact CPE2013 secretariat (cpe2013@fe.uni-lj.si or
fax: +386 1 4768 487) and provide the following information:
- Full Name (as shown in passport)
- Affiliation
- Complete Mailing Address E-mail Address
- Your letter will be e-mailed to you, and faxed per request. Please request your letter well in advance.
